Today we launch a completely rebuilt thesimulatorcompany.com. It is not a redesign. It is a rebuild around the question clinicians ask us first, long before they ask about price: which simulator is right for my programme?
Choosing well, without the guesswork
Our range now spans fourteen products across five families: ECLS, LVAD, debriefing, extended reality and accessories. That breadth is a strength for a unit that knows exactly what it needs. It is a genuine obstacle for one that does not.
So the new site is organised around the decision rather than the catalogue. Every simulator has its own page: what it does, who it is for, the clinical workflow it covers, the scenarios it runs, and film of it working. Specifications, certification and warranty are on the page, not behind a form.

Find your simulator
If you are not sure where to start, the site will narrow it down with you. Tell it about your programme — what you train, at what level, in what setting — and it shows you the closest match and explains why it matched. Where a different model would suit you better, it says so.
We would far rather you reached the right answer on your own than be talked into the wrong one. A simulator that does not fit the programme it was bought for helps nobody, least of all the patient at the end of the training.

Written for clinicians
- Plain descriptions of what each simulator does, and what it does not
- Films of the products actually running, not renders
- Warranty and terms of sale on every product page
- Four languages: English, French, Spanish and German
- Questions answered by a clinician, not a sales representative
The Member Portal: everything for the product you own
Alongside the website we have opened the Member Portal. If your unit owns one of our simulators, you sign in with your work email — no password to remember and no shared login for the department — and you find the material for the products you actually own.
- User guides and quick references, always the current version
- Training films and product walkthroughs
- Repairs and RMAs, with a tracking reference and live status
- Troubleshooting calls, booked against times that suit your unit
- Consumables, upgrades and new-product enquiries
Every request receives a reference the moment you send it, and you follow it in the portal the way you would follow a parcel. No wondering whether an email arrived, and no chasing.
Access is scoped to the products you own: a unit with an E-SIM Pro 2 sees E-SIM Pro 2 material. That is deliberate. It keeps the library relevant to the people reading it, and it keeps each customer's documentation where it belongs.
Guides are yours to download, print and share with your colleagues. They are written to be used at the bedside and in the classroom, not locked in a viewer.
What comes next
The site is live today and will keep growing: more products as the range expands, more languages, and more material in the Member Portal as each product matures. If something you need is not there, tell us and we will add it.
