This Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy is designed to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes when the Company's products, services, or features might seem similar or identical to ideas submitted to us.

The Company has no obligation to review, keep, acknowledge, or return any Submissions or to provide commentary on the reason for rejection of a Submission. Furthermore, The Company does not have any obligation to use, develop, or exploit any Submissions.
By submitting your ideas, you warrant and represent that such Submissions are your original work, have not been copied from others, and do not violate the rights of any person or entity.
By making a Submission, you grant to The Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly perform and display, distribute, and make derivative works of the Submission for any purpose and in any medium, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.
By making a Submission, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify The Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the Company's use, development, production, distribution and/or exploitation of your Submission or any product, service or feature that is in any way related thereto.
The Company reserves the right to modify or supplement this policy at any time without notice. The Company encourages you to review the policy periodically to ensure that you understand its provisions. Your continued submission of ideas following the posting of changes to this policy will signify your acceptance of its revised terms.
This policy is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, please do not make any Submissions to The Company.
