Job description
We are currently seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to join our team at The Simulator Company Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong healthcare background and a passion for both clinical practice and technology. As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to demonstrate, train, and provide ongoing support for our state-of-the-art medical simulators.
This role offers exciting opportunities to travel and engage with a wide network of professionals through industry conferences, product demonstrations, and client training sessions. You will have the chance to represent our innovative solutions whilst expanding your own knowledge and experience.
Main Duties:

Provide expert clinical support for the implementation and usage of our medical simulators in healthcare and educational institutions.

Conduct engaging product presentations and hands-on training sessions, ensuring users understand the full capabilities of our products.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product adoption and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Offer ongoing clinical assistance to ensure clients can effectively and safely use our simulators, adapting training as needed.

Represent the company at trade shows, workshops, and conferences, enhancing your professional development whilst showcasing our products.

Visit hospitals, medical schools, and training centres to provide on-site training and gather valuable feedback for product improvements.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, product training sessions, and follow-up support activities.

Skills:

Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex technologies to diverse audiences.

Proven ability to support training programmes and assist clients in adopting new technology.

Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects.

Enthusiastic about travel and engaging with healthcare professionals at conferences and events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field; advanced degree or relevant clinical credentials are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, ideally with involvement in medical simulation, education, or training.

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex clinical applications into practical training sessions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
