We run a private workshop room, Delta Mezzanine 4, across both days of the ELSO Annual Conference 2026 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville. Each session lasts an hour: a short welcome, a twenty-minute overview of the complete Simulator Company range, a focused live demonstration of one product in depth, a perspective from one of our users, and an open discussion.
Wednesday's sessions take up to sixty people each: reserve ahead, or walk in while places remain. Five are open to every attendee with no booking needed. All of our products are in Delta Mezzanine 4 for hands-on exploration throughout the conference.
The programme
Thirteen sessions in Delta Mezzanine 4, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville. Times are US Central.
Tuesday 29 September
10:15 to 10:45 Cannulation Workshop: Hands On with CAN-SIM
A hands-on cannulation workshop on CAN-SIM, open to every conference attendee. Thirty minutes with the equipment in your hands rather than watching somebody else use it, with real ultrasound-guided vascular access.
No booking, and no need to stay the full half hour. Come when you can.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Open session. No registration required, subject to room capacity.
11:15 to 12:15 Proven in Practice: The Range in Service Today
The simulators working in centres right now. E-SIM Pro 3, E-SIM Portable, LVAD-SIM and Pump-E, demonstrated live, with a user perspective on what changed after they arrived.
Not what is coming. What is already doing the job.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Twenty places. Reserve ahead; walk-ins welcome while places remain.
13:30 to 15:00 What We Have Been Building
Ninety minutes on what we promised and what we are delivering. Our biggest product launch ever.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Sixty seats, with standing room available. Reserve ahead, or register at the door.
15:30 to 16:30 Seeing What You Missed: Objective Performance in ECMO Training
Observer bias is the quiet problem in simulation debriefing. This session looks at what changes when a debrief is grounded in timestamped record rather than recollection, demonstrated live on the E-SIM Pro 3 alongside Pump-E.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Twenty places. Reserve ahead; walk-ins welcome while places remain.
16:45 to 17:45 Mechanical Circulatory Support in Practice
Our only session dedicated to LVAD simulation, and open to all conference attendees.
LVAD-SIM and LVAD-Pump SIM demonstrated end to end. Where device training currently falls short, what simulation can replicate, and what it cannot yet. Whether you work in ECMO, heart failure or mechanical circulatory support, you are welcome.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Open to all conference attendees. Registration is not required, but reserving a place guarantees you a seat.
Wednesday 30 September
08:00 to 09:00 Open Session: Experience Everything We Launched
Start the final day hands-on. Every product we launched at ELSO 2026 is in the room, with E-SIM Pro 3 and E-SIM Portable alongside, and our team is there to show you whatever you want to see.
Open to every conference attendee. Come for ten minutes or stay the hour.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Open to all conference attendees. Registration is not required, but reserving a place guarantees you a seat.
09:15 to 10:15 Beyond the Bedside: Simulation Across the Whole Hospital
ECMO does not stay in one room, and neither should the training. A live demonstration on the E-SIM Pro 3 with Pump-E, exploring how simulation follows the patient through the hospital rather than stopping at the bay.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Sixty places. Reserve ahead; walk-ins welcome while places remain.
10:30 to 11:30 Training That Travels: Simulation Beyond the Centre
Not every centre can bring its team to a simulation suite. A live demonstration of the E-SIM Portable with Pump-E, and a user perspective on keeping perfusion skills sharp between real cases.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Sixty places. Reserve ahead; walk-ins welcome while places remain.
11:45 to 12:45 When Things Go Wrong: ECMO Troubleshooting
Recirculation, negative pressure events, chatter and the circuit problems that are hardest to teach and easiest to get wrong under pressure.
A live demonstration on the E-SIM Pro 3 with Pump-E, working through the complications teams meet rarely and must never mishandle, with a user perspective on building that confidence without a real patient.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Sixty places. Reserve ahead; walk-ins welcome while places remain.
13:00 to 14:00 Launch Replay: What We Launched at ELSO 2026
Missed Tuesday's launch? This is the whole of it again: eight launches, seven world firsts, presented in full and then in your hands, with E-SIM Pro 3 and E-SIM Portable alongside.
Open to every conference attendee. Reserving a place guarantees you a seat.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Open to all conference attendees. Registration is not required, but reserving a place guarantees you a seat.
14:15 to 15:15 Everyone Hands-On: Multi-Station Team Training
Most simulation sessions have one person working and the rest watching. This one does not. Multiple stations running simultaneously, with the room split into teams and Pump-E in the mix.
Delta Mezzanine 4. Sixty places. Reserve ahead; walk-ins welcome while places remain.
