Job description
Lead marketing, product management support, customer engagement, CRM operations, experience centre management, and international event coordination. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with sales, product development, content, and senior leadership.
Main Duties:
Marketing & Digital:

Manage social media content, campaigns, and engagement (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Oversee website CMS updates, SEO, and digital performance (with design team support)

Execute email marketing campaigns, CRM communications, newsletters, and database management

Conduct competitor research, market insights, and KPI reporting
Product Management Support:

Act as liaison between customers, sales, and R&D to gather product feedback

Support product launches, sales enablement, and marketing content development

Maintain product documentation, brochures, packaging, and sales materials
Events & Experience Centre:

Organise and manage domestic and international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits

Manage Experience Centre operations, equipment readiness, and customer demonstrations

Host clinical visitors, partners, and stakeholders professionally
Customer & Partner Engagement:

Build and manage customer and partner relationships

Maintain CRM system, customer records, and collaboration pipelines

Support influencer, KOL, and partner programs
Ability to commute/relocate:

Coalville: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, customer engagement, product coordination, and event management

Strong organisational, communication, and multi-project management skills
-
CRM, CMS, SEO, and social media management experience

Email marketing, automation, and scheduling experience

Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
-
Experience in product management or technical coordination (preferred but trainable)

International travel flexibility (25%–50%)
