Visual Content & Production Specialist

Job description

Manage all digital content creation: video production, photography, editing, motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and preparation of visual assets for websites, mobile apps (iOS), and software interfaces. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver professional visual content globally.

Main Duties:

  • Capture and edit video, photography, and audio content for marketing, training, and events

  • Set up lighting, camera, studio, and audio equipment for shoots

  • Create motion graphics, product explainers, simple 3D animations, and UI assets for apps (iOS)

  • Prepare visual assets for websites, mobile platforms, and software interfaces

  • Work with development teams to deliver platform-ready visuals

  • Create brochures, packaging designs, and marketing collateral

  • Manage digital asset libraries and media archives

  • Capture video and photography at global exhibitions, conferences, and customer sites

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coalville: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Design, or related field (required)

  • Master’s degree desirable but not essential

  • Desirable: Familiarity with AI tools for content generation or creative work (e.g. ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in video production, photography, editing, and multimedia design

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)

  • Experience with basic 3D tools (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D Lite)

  • Understanding of digital asset preparation for mobile apps (iOS) and responsive web platforms

  • Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail

  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently

  • Willing and able to travel internationally (25%–50%)
