We had an incredible time participating in the MSc Perfusion Simulation Course held in Bristol last week!
It was a fantastic opportunity to support the next generation of perfusionists and clinical specialists with hands-on simulation training. We were proud to showcase two of our leading simulators:
- CAN-SIM – our intuitive and powerful ECMO cannulation and perfusion training platform.
- H-SIM – designed for realistic haemodynamic simulation and ECMO scenario-based troubleshooting.
Participants had the chance to experience cannulation first-hand, explore a variety of ECMO scenarios, and practice critical decision-making in a safe and controlled environment.
A huge thank you to Michael Whitehorne and Sagar Haval, who were absolutely incredible faculty running the simulation sessions. Your passion, expertise, and guidance brought the experience to life and made it truly memorable for everyone involved.
We had lots of fun, shared plenty of insights, and walked away inspired by the enthusiasm and collaboration in the room.
Thank you to the organisers, faculty, and amazing participants for making this such a fantastic event. We’re proud to play a role in advancing perfusion education through simulation.
